Will you pratner with me?

Dear Family and Friends,

This past summer I went to Alaska to work in a salmon cannery. While I was there, I met many people from all around the world, including Polish men and women. It was during that time that the Lord really placed a love in my heart for the Polish people and, although I didn't know how I would get there, I knew I wanted to go to Poland as a missionary.

I am so excited because God has provided an amazing opportunity for me to do just that. Several weeks ago I started the application process to go to Poland to teach young people English and about Jesus. I was accepted and will be in Poland for two weeks this summer, from June 23 – July 8, starting in Cracow and moving on to Skoczow. Although Poland is largely a Catholic country, many of the young people grow up with an understanding of Jesus but do not have a personal relationship with Him as their Savior. They have many questions about Christ and Christianity, but also even about the existence of God.

I will be going with a group of students from Multnomah Bible College (my school), through the Josiah Venture Missionaries. We will teach at English camps where the young people will come and be immersed in the language while also learning about Christ the Savior.

Prayer and financial partnership is essential for the success of this ministry. I am asking all who receive this letter to partner with me in prayer. Please pray for our team and for the young people in Poland who we will come into contact with; pray for safety and open doors, as well as for courage.

In order to get to Poland for this mission trip, I need to raise just over $2,000 before the end of April. This covers my air-fair, training and living expenses and other costs.
