Seriously


I want to be strong. I want to be fit. I want to be healthy. I want more muscle and less mass.

I love to excercise (work out), but never do it? Why? I am having fun once I get there, but never have the motivation to get myself over there. I used to have a trainer. We met every other day at a specific time. She would talk me through each of the routines and in between we would talk about God, life, guys.....whatever.

When I moved to Portland though, it became too far a distance to travel to her every other day. I was deturmined not to stop working out, but slowly I dropped to twice a week, then once a week, then once a month...to now when I say to my self, "I used to work out"

What's my point? I need an excercise regiment that is fun yet challenging, scheduled, and that other people are involved in. Why? well besides the reasons listed at the top....I guess I must be a social person. I find it immpossible to skip out on something if someone else is depending on me to be there. So if I feel that by my not going, I would be inconveniencing someone...I would never miss! (Yes, I am using my faults against myself here... but really, it's for my greater good, don't you think?)

I was thinking about dance....however, something that doesn't require sweating in exteme close proximity to another sweating person (aka partner) on a regular basis would be more to my liking :)

So, any ideas for me? Even if you are a complete stranger...feel free to leave me an idea.

Work out with me girl!! At school. I to enjoy working out and it probley help the stress level but I never seem to do it.

Think we need a support group :)
I want to get better about working out.
